The MECDA sponsored workshops & showcase performances
featured Mesmera
at the fabulous Mission City Center for the Performing Arts, 3250 Monroe Street, Santa Clara, CA
95126. The festival was well organized with all day performances by
local dancers and classy vendor displays. A portion of the
proceeds from this event went to the "Next Door" charity for abused
women and children. Mesmera led two workshops during the day and was
headliner for the evening Gala along with other performers who demonstrated
the Gala's theme, dancing with props. Indigenous was proud to be
invited to perform for the Gala show on this state-of-the-art stage.
