Bahira, Fara'Asha & Shiva of Indigenous performed a fusion and traditional mix of belly dance at the annual Desert Dance Festival put on by Dunia & Scarab Productions.  This year the 2-day Festival was held at the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum & Planetarium, 1342 Naglee Avenue, San Jose, California.  Vendors offer their wares on the stunning grounds and gardens of the Museum and workshops by highly respected teachers were held at the Hoover Auditorium across the street.  On Sunday, Indigenous had a great time performing on the Francis Bacon Theatre stage in eye-catching new crystal, turquoise and red costumes.
